New York State Police said the father of a 9-year-old girl who was initially the subject of an Amber Alert and was later found dead has been charged with her murder.

TOPEKA, Kan. (KCTV) - An Amber Alert has been issued as investigators search for a 2-year-old boy who was forcibly taken from his mother in Topeka.
