Philadelphia Highway Patrol Officer Andy Chan laid to rest

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Fallen Philadelphia Officer Andy Chan has been laid to rest. The highway patrol officer died on December 2, nearly seven years after being critically injured in a crash. "We gather today for Andy Chan, because he was special," Police Commissioner Kevin Bethel said during Chan's funeral service on Tuesday.
