Anthony Stolarz made 27 saves in his first start since Dec. 12 to help the Toronto Maple Leafs beat the Seattle Kraken 3-1.

Goaltender Anthony Stolarz, making his first appearance since Dec. 12, stopped 26 shots as the Toronto Maple Leafs defeated the host Seattle Kraken 3-1 on Thursday. Stolarz was out for 24 games following knee surgery.

There was a natural curiosity about Anthony Stolarz’s form in his return to action, as he emerged as a Vezina Trophy candidate through the opening two months of the season.
