Retired MLB pitcher Daniel Serafini has been convicted of first-degree murder and attempted murder in the 2021 shootings of his wife’s parents.

Former MLB pitcher Daniel Serafini was found guilty in the murder of his father-in-law at his Homewood home more than four years ago.

Today, a Placer County jury found defendant Daniel Serafini, age 51, guilty of first-degree murder and attempted murder of his in-laws, Gary Spohr and Wendy Wood. The jury also found the
