The U.S. Supreme Court has acted in a series of cases involving challenges to executive orders signed by President Donald Trump and actions by his administration since he returned to office in January.

Today, Trump asked the Supreme Court to intervene in deportations to third countries. Plus, the high court orders another look at whether a police officer who partially blinded a teenager during the George Floyd protests can be sued.

A district court judge had barred deporting citizens of other countries to South Sudan without giving them a chance to claim fears of being tortured or killed.

The president was asked about the current status of his administration's legal feud with the Ivy League university.

The school has so far resisted considerable pressure from the Trump administration to enact other policy changes.
