Victor Wembanyama and the San Antonio Spurs snapped the Oklahoma City Thunder's record 16-game win streak with a 111-109 win in the NBA Cup semifinals.

The San Antonio Spurs and New York Knicks meet in the NBA Cup final Tuesday in Las Vegas, Nevada, with tip-off slated for 8:30 p.m. ET.

Beating OKC was a huge win for the Spurs. The Thunder carried a 16-game winning streak into the game, with their last defeat on November 5 against Portland, according to the Associated Press. Spurs star Victor Wembanyama, who received "MVP" chants from the crowd, returned from a 12-game absence with 22 points and nine rebounds.
