Marvel Studios has been fine-tuning its television arm of the Marvel Cinematic Universe over the past five years. With hits like WandaVision and the return of iconic characters, the franchise aims to solidify its presence on Disney+ with Daredevil: Born Again and The Punisher.

After the trailer for the new Daredevil series dropped yesterday, its serious tone and bloody nature has given me faith that Disney could revive Punisher.

Daredevil: Born Again, due out March 4, sees a number of other returning characters, including Vincent D'Onofrio's Wilson Fisk (Kingpin) and Jon Bernthal's Frank Castle (Punisher)
