Authorities said Philip Walker, 58, entered the plea before Acting Supreme Court Justice Karen M. Wilutis on Friday and is expected to be sentenced to 20 years in prison at sentencing on March 25.
The pair, whose scheme spanned 15 months, were each ordered to repay victims nearly $200,000, prosecutors said.
