Oct 12, 2017 · The other question is the manual lists the engine oil and the front diff oil as the same type. I make sure to use ATV / motorcycle oil in the engine, not automobile motor oil. Should I use this ATV /Motorcycle engine oil (10w40) in the front diff, or am I supposed to just use regular automobile engine oil instead of the ATV/Motorcycle oil?

May 14, 2024 · So I had my rear differential go out in my prairie 300 pinion is gone the nut is gone and obviously all the bearings and seals need replaced. Everything I look for is $500 to $600 is there anything that is compatible that I could even take parts out of and use or is there another alternative that isn't so expensive. Thanks Everyone!

May 18, 2022 · I need help on unlocking the rear differential on my 2012 Teryx 750! I’ve found no provisions for unlocking the rear differential like the front differential. The gears are breaking and the rear tires are slick from sliding on turns. I cannot believe Kawasaki would install an unlockable differential on any cart.

Jul 27, 2010 · You must use wet brake compatable oil in the rear diff. the front is the same as the engine oil. I use the mobil 1 4T 10W40 v-twin oil. 2010 Brute Force 750i- Super Black Raider atv box, Kolpin Gear Grips, Maier Handgaurds, 3500lb Superwinch Terra Series.

May 21, 2010 · I have a 2000 m*****ike yours. It will hang up like that just about every time I try to disengage the rear locker. Try sitting still while ideling in gear, then just bump the throttle while pulling up on the lever. Takes a couple of tries sometimes. Love the locking rear makes it easier to drive around the yard and doesnt chew up the grass so bad.
