Dec 20, 2012 · Lift up your backseat and look for the module with two vac lines going to it. The vac lines are black and one has a blue stripe and one has a yellow stripe. Find the only blue and white wire and snip/switch it and you are done. On this note, does anyone know if the rear locking differential can be transplanted into the newer B5 A4?

You can also add the liquimoly moS2 additive in both the trans and rear diff, but it’s not required in either. I have it in both places in my car with oem trans fluid and Redline MT-90 in the rear diff. Which OE Genuine part number did you go with?
