THere are only 2 possible causes for fluid leaking inside the brake drum. THe first is a leaking axle seal which would allow gear oil to run in the drum. THe second is a leaking brake wheel cylinder allowing brake fluid to leak. Both are common but I believe the axle seal is more so.
