The new Panigale V4 is the first sports bike to have its braking system managed by the Race e-CBS system. Developed by Bosch in collaboration with Ducati, this combined braking system with Cornering functionality can autonomously apply braking pressure to the rear, according to predefined strategies, when the rider activates the front control.

Nov 24, 2018 · What I'm thinking is take the ABS out of the back brake system. Block off the ABS, and just run a braided line straight from the master to rear caliper. A useless rear brake is not safe in my opinion.

Jun 27, 2016 · I've never gotten any bike's braking system to feel "right" with an ABS pump in the middle of the action. The added plumbing, complications with bleeding, and I suspect the action of the pump itself, all combine to make it feel less precise to me.
