Apr 10, 2008 · 115K miles is very slightly on the short side for clutch lifetime, but well within acceptable bounds. Why you would want to add maintenance to that is beyond me. If OEM worked for you in the past, there is no reason to abandon it. And I'm really not at all sure how one could possibly make a non self adjusting hydraulic clutch.

Jul 20, 2021 · The LUK self adjusting clutch is what Rangers come with from the factory. That is the best replacement in my opinion and not junk at all. If your clutch disengages and engages near the top, I would not be concerned as long as the clutch is not slipping (fully engaging).

May 9, 2022 · On Rock Auto the Sachs slave description is non-self adjusting. I don't now what that means because that is a term for the clutch. After about two weeks the clutch engagement started with the pedal very near the floor. After bleeding it engages about 1-1/2" from the floor. I like it a little higher, but that still works for me.
