I live in the US. Order shipped next day, arrived in 3, half the estimate. I smiled. Nicely packaged. Although I haven't engaged the internet on this device to share its performance (I favor using my laptop at home), what I do know is the response is fast using the touchscreen and side buttons for tasks. When I ordered this phone, it was important Tag Mobile using GSM, a not-much-known company name that allowed me to use my own phone, would work with this unlocked GSM phone. The nice guy from the customer service sounding very much from India made it sound it's fine to buy any unlocked GSM phone. I was and am relieved it works fine!! If or when I use the internet, I already see the phone proved it's even more than I expected for the price. I like the size; it has a good balance. I'm pleased the battery stands up through my usage and it's charging performance. \n When I received the package, I was to download information I much needed to read about the phone - from the internet, instead of it sent with the phone where one can read off a paper manual. I forget details, but to set up the phone (some levels) I needed help from instructions from the internet, to get me to what I needed for the provider to activate the phone. I don't know why, but ran into problems in getting this info off my laptop internet to find it. The info I looked for and later finally got it through adventure on my own without the download, is because we can; understanding I like this phone and forgive not having the paper instruction.
