A couple of pointers when doing Ab work...➡️try to keep your head inline with the spine, don't drop the chin down. Think of a tennis ball under your chin ➡️ Don't arch the back, the movement is more in the flex ion than the hyperextension. ➡️ On the 'V' lifts, sit up higher on the Bosu and if you can't lift both legs, only lift one at a time. #absofsteel #abexercises #bosuabs #f
