Ashtanga Vinyasa - Short Form

Sometimes as a warm up, sometimes as a practice, this is one of my Go-To Short Form sequences. I go through a round or two without using the hands but if you’d like to try the sequence then by all means use the hands to support during the transitions. Then I add in the binds and this is where you see the common asanas ‘appear’.
