The Shuttleworth engineers have been working hard on our 1917 Bristol F2b Fighter during its winter maintenance programme, which has seen the aircraft undertake a series of engine runs. The aircraft is powered by an original Rolls Royce Falcon V12 engine - the oldest working Rolls Royce aero engine anywhere in the world. With work taking place fine-tuning the Falcon’s carburettors, the engineers have been running the engine mostly at night to catch a glimpse of the flames coming out of the exhau
