DO NOT SWING 3. lean back just a bit to get clearance from the bar 4. control on the way up (eccentric movement) for this exercise, i like going as heavy as possible because i dont like using the belt that carries plates, such a hassle to set up. with that said, i do 5 sets of 6 reps (2-3mins rest in between) for the pull ups, ill do a video on progression for that next t
