When Norman Winter "The Garden Guy" relocated to Georgia several years ago, they found a home with a retaining wall that spans approximately 80 percent of the yard's width. Instantly, his gardener's eye could imagine trailing plants coming down off the wall with azaleas, hydrangeas, and hostas above and behind the wall.
