I made two real-looking mini Katanas completely out of EVA foam! For the base I used high densitiy EVA foam and glued a small metal rod to the inside. Then I dremeled and sanded the material into shape, added details and primed it with Flexbond. Chrome airbrush paints from Alclad are great for a shiny finish, but it also works with simple brush on acrylics! Totally love how they turned out!
