Aerial video from the KOMO News drone gave us a birds-eye view of the widespread flooding from the Gages Slough in Burlington. Many homes along the slough are now submerged in FEET of water - prompting evacuations this morning. Below is a clip from our coverage during the 9am hour of ARC Seattle. Brent Slough said he was nearly sliced in half by a boat propeller that ran over him in the ocean while snorkeling with his daughters. Slough had gashes from the propeller blade as deep as 12 inches into his backside, which doctors say would've killed him if they were anywhere else on the body.
