✨ The smiles say it all — proud faces with the symbols they forged. This forging workshop brought together people living with dementia and their carers to create Saxon-inspired metal symbols with @reforgedblacksmiths. Drawn from the Staffordshire Hoard, designs like the boar, horse and serpent once decorated Saxon shields and armour, carried into battle for power and protection. This is just one of many community groups whose symbols will join together in a shield of unity for Tamworth Castle. C
