Temporary traffic jam at St. Francis If you're near St Francis, you might see dozens of emergency vehicles with their lights on driving around. Several agencies have come together for a first responder parade at the children's hospital. We'll also be inside handing out gifts to the kids who aren't going to be home for Christmas.
