Waulking the Wool at Outlander Day 2025 One of the most loved parts of Outlander Day is the waulking demonstration – and it’s easy to see why. The Badenoch Waulking Group joined us once again, showing the traditional method of softening and finishing hand-woven tweed, just as it would’ve been done in Highland communities for centuries.
