Ingredients: 1 can corn drained 1 red bell pepper (chopped) 1 cup fiesta blend shredded cheddar cheese 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1/4 tsp black pepper 1/2 bag of chili cheese Fritos crushed 1 tsp cilantro (optional) Hit of lime tortilla chips (for serving) How to: In a large bowl add drained corn, chopped bell pepper, shredded cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, and black pepper. Mix well. Add in crushed chili cheese Fritos and cilantro and mix. Serve with chips!
